LEADING WITH YOU

Resilience for

Working Caregivers

Successful Caregiving

Starts with YOU

As a working caregiver, you may feel exhausted, invisible, and doing an A+ job that nobody is grading. You already know what it's like to try to fit 10 pounds of life into a 5-pound bag — work, caree, family, and yourself, all competing for the same shrinking hours.

By now you’re LIVING the experience that caregiving is hard (and deeply meaningful!).

This talk is an invitation to believe something new is possible

that you can grow, even thrive, while you're still deep in the hard work of caregiving — and that prioritizing yourself isn't selfish, it's what keeps the whole operation running.

This talk is an invitation to believe something new is possible

that you can grow, even thrive, while you're still deep in the hard work of caregiving —

and that prioritizing yourself isn't selfish, it's what keeps the whole operation running.

You'll gain a genuinely new way to think about your situation. Most caregiving advice focuses on the practical side — the to-do lists, the systems, the logistics — but caregiving isn't just a task list — it's an inner game.

Your capacity, your resilience, and your ability to be truly present (not just efficient) are what determine whether caregiving will crush you, or whether you will crush it!

Finally, you'll leave knowing you're not doing this alone. You'll be on a call with other working women who are living this, right now — people who get it without you having to explain.

What you'll

walk away with:

The feeling of being deeply seen and understood–finally, someone names what this is really like

A new framework for the "inner game" of caregiving, beyond to-do lists and systems

Connection to a like-minded community of working caregivers who get it

A renewed sense that you can grow – even thrive – while living with the challenge of caregiving

Can’t make it live?  No problem –
I’ll send you a recording after the call.

I’ve been a caregiver to my senior dad for 5 years while also working as a self-employed business coach.  I initially thought caregiving would mean “bedside nursing”… then I thought it meant “project management” of his healthcare.

I ultimately realized that caregiving is either stressful or manageable based on MY emotions and attitudes. It’s an inner game.

I’m on a mission to help family caregivers who are working to move beyond feeling overwhelmed, to move beyond surviving this challenge, into

THRIVING and GROWING!
